Job Description
- Drive new business growth through qualifying inbound leads, from marketing-generated sources and campaigns primarily through telephone and email communication
- Increase growth through listing, engaging, and qualifying cold outbound leads, from self-generated sources (Lists, word of mouth, referrals, walk-ins, be creative!)
- Outbound cold calling campaigns to a large number of prospects
- Build rapport with prospects by providing them with an excellent experience, value, and Trust
- Identify client's needs and determine which of our solutions would be a good fit
- Manage multiple lead sources, including incoming calls, emails, chats, and referrals at a given time
- Manage existing clients database using Hubspot, to ensure all communications are logged and identified
- Handle other duties and responsibilities as defined by management
Job Requirements
- 1+ years of sales experience in a B2B environment, preferably in a technology-related environment
- Excellent customer service and telephone skills, including strong listening, verbal and written communication
- Demonstrated ability to meet and/or exceed sales targets
- Ability to thrive in a competitive, dynamic, and quota-driven environment
- Ability to multi-task effectively
- Strong critical thinking skills
- Bachelor’s degree
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
- Must own a Car
