Job Description
- Work closely with Product Managers and others to define product requirements and specifications for proposed web and mobile initiatives.
- Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers, business developers, and operations teams.
- Create engaging scenarios that describe how user profiles/personas would interact with the design solution to accomplish their goals and meet their needs.
- Design interfaces for accessibility and usability.
- Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how product pages function and look.
- Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors, and images.
- Produce high quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes.
- Identify and troubleshoot UX problems, and conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback.
- Research and keep current with interaction design trends & technology trends
- Create highly engaging complex animations for a diverse array of media
- Work with illustrators, designers, and instructional designers to understand the project scope and objectives.
- Prepare conceptual layouts for the motion graphic project.
- Responsible for creating high quality media videos
Job Requirements
- Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role
- Portfolio of design projects
- Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
- Good time-management skills
- BSc in Design, Computer Science or relevant field
