Job Description
- Welcomes patients and visitors by greeting patients and visitors, in person or on call or referring inquiries
- Optimizes patients' satisfaction, provider time, and treatment room utilization by scheduling appointments in person
- Answering calls from the patients.
- Keeps patient appointments on schedule by notifying the provider of the patient's arrival. Ensures availability of treatment information by filing and retrieving patient records.
- Protects patients' rights by maintaining the confidentiality of personal and financial information.
- Maintain computer and manual filing systems
- Prepare all Required data related to the finance department.
- In addition to any other assigned tasks by the top management within the scope of work.
- Notifying nursing staff and physicians of patient arrival
