Job Description
- Arrange meetings for the group president.
- Handling all administrative works and supporting in financial issues.
- Knowledge of accounting, data and administrative management principles.
- Partner with HR to update and maintain office policies as necessary.
- Organize office operations and procedures.
Job Requirements
- Good understanding of Microsoft Office.
- Experience at least 5 years.
- Working hours from 9 am to 6 pm
- Familiarity with email scheduling tools, like Email Scheduler and Boomerang.
- Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment.
- A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements
