Job Description

  1.  Arrange meetings for the group president.
  2. Handling all administrative works and supporting in financial issues.
  3. Knowledge of accounting, data and administrative management principles.
  4. Partner with HR to update and maintain office policies as necessary.
  5. Organize office operations and procedures.

Job Requirements

  1. Good understanding of Microsoft Office.
  2.  Experience at least 5 years.
  3. Working hours from 9 am to 6 pm
  4.  Familiarity with email scheduling tools, like Email Scheduler and Boomerang.
  5. Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment.
  6. A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements
