Job Description
- Training the store staff on principles of fashion styling and customer interaction.
- Collaborating with marketing team on uploading posts and stories on social media channels.
- Planning for special in-store events.
- Spotting and introducing potential local designers to JAY.
- Take part in working out seasonal JAY Label collections.
- Directing designers that might need guidance with certain aspects of their collections.
- Conduct a monthly workshop on floor whether for designers or clients.
- Guide VM Team to achieve optimum floor and window display.
- Interacting with clients and presenting styling services for clients.
- Promoting JAY on personal social media platforms
