Job Description
- Monitors HVAC equipment performance and recommends actions for improvement.
- Mechanical and preventative maintenance duties.
- As well as inspections, servicing, repair and overhaul of equipment.
- Makes all necessary repairs to maintain the properties operations.
- Provide regular written reports, as well as other program related KPIs, statistics and updates to management
- Monitor annual site EHS objective(s) plan implementation and plant performance improvements.
- Ensure work area is clean and clear of standing water, debris or any objects that can obstruct the job duties from being performed safely, efficiently and effectively.
- Maintain inventory and orders HVAC supplies.
- Provide technical assistance to other technicians as necessary.
- Maintain all HVAC equipment in the admin. building
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematic drawings, and technical specifications, etc.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree of Mechanical Engineering.
- 7+ years of Experience in the same field.
- Very good technical experience.
- Experience in HVAC maintenance required.
- Must be a team player but able to work independently as well.
- Must be comfortable responding to all emergency calls.
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
- Good Communication skills & persuasiveness skills.
- In-depth knowledge of safety principles, policies and KPI's (incidents, etc.)
- Good analytical and troubleshooting skills.
