Job Description
- Identify new sales opportunities and maintain existing customer relationships.
- Contact new customers and make pitches outlining the benefits of products/services.
- Answer customers' questions and responses within guidelines.
- Work on provided data in order to achieve monthly targets.
- Follow up with the customers regarding required documents, products/services descriptions … etc.
- Manage client's account and make sure to meet their needs.
- Track all sales activities on the company CRM system including accounts data updates.
- Develop strong, ongoing relationships with prospects and customers.
- Follow company policies and procedures.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Graduates Only.
- Experience from 2-4 years in the Tele-sales field.
- Max age is 33.
- Experience in the (Educational, Real-estate, Insurance, Telecommunication ) sectors or any services background.
- Very Good English.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple customers simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Target Oriented.
