• Provide legal support regarding corporate legal issues and topics
• Organizing all legal work and representing the company before others
• Preserving the company's rights before others
Job Requirements
- Carries out work that requires dealing with government agencies such as agencies, districts, commercial records, chambers of commerce, police departments, real estate registration, as well as utilities (electricity, water, gas) and other government agencies.
- It conducts investigations into the financial, administrative and legal violations of the employees and takes the necessary recommendations in accordance with the Labor Law and the Work Regulations.
- Initiates lawsuits and implements judgments such as labor cases and commercial fraud.
- Prepares and reviews the legal drafting of contracts and agreements.
- Registering trademarks inside and outside Egypt.
- Follows up and undertakes the establishment and amendment of companies.
- Follows up and publishes the corporate newspaper.
- Issuing commercial records and tax cards
- Opening tax files and adding new branches to them.
- The minutes of the boards of directors and the general assemblies are approved by the Chamber of Commerce, the Investment Authority and the Companies Authority.
- Takes the company's legal procedures related to governmental and non-governmental bodies.
- Follows up on the company's issues with the external offices.
- Handles all the company's business at the Notary Public Authority.
- Issuing clearance certificates.
- Takes procedures for transferring ownership of vehicles, etc., in the real estate month
