Job Description
- Design, tests and debugs ERP software such as SAP, Microsoft Dynamics AX, Oracle Business Suit.
- Participation with the head of the systems and information sector in setting the policies, rules and powers of the employees in the use of the programs and applications of the group and preparing the implementation plans.
- Assist in troubleshooting problems caused by regular use
- Design and prepares systems and programs that serve business needs and help provide all disciplines and administrative levels with the necessary reports, through continuous development of programs in line with the requirements of the continuous growth and development of the group's work.
- Supervising the security and safety of information circulated in the group's software and application databases and their preservation.
- Participate in setting work procedures for all jobs in the department, as well as for users of systems in the group, and periodically ensures their implementation.
- Save data and procedures, prepares backup copies, and saves them in the locations specified for this.
- Identify the resources needed to update the information as well as manage the group's website.
- Identify and addresses gaps in the corporate data/information model.
- Prepare reports on the users of the group's information systems regarding their use of these systems, and proposes training courses and procedures that will raise their level and experience and increase their knowledge to serve the interests of the work.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in (Computer Science - Bachelor of Information Systems - Bachelor of Communication Engineering)
- 4-6 years’ experience
- Language: Very good English
- Location: 6th of October
- Proven experience in data analysis
- Very good communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal understanding
