Job Description

Prepare a plan to achieve the objectives of selling within the region.

2 - Training and teaching the sales team on the company's hardware (all technical information about equipment and operating equipment)

6 - Follow-up of existing customers to maintain the volume of work and increase sales opportunities for new devices and solutions and develop the business relationship and benefit from them to create new customers and support while the existence of new sales opportunities, and raise information from the market and competitors of the company to benefit from them.

7. Ensuring that senior client contracts are signed on time, implemented and followed up by senior clients to develop business volume with them.10. Evaluate the sales team's efforts in identifying effective and objective evaluation models to arrive at a logical judgment on the performance of the sales team.

8 - Participation of sales representatives by direct visits with them to some clients for training and to solve some problems.

9 - The work of periodic groups to support the spirit of the team and raise morale and follow-up implementation of work plans and work plans and future analysis of the way of performance and the development of corrective and developmental measures.

10- Participate in the selection and employment of the sales team in terms of analysis and description of the work, and identify the qualifications required and the source of the company's work.

11. Follow-up and analysis of results periodically to assess and re-develop appropriate plans for each stage and follow-up implementation of the plans

12 - Maintaining the achievement of the company's goal through the implementation of the company's policies to develop the company's sales.

13. Provide periodic reports on the performance of his team.

14. Follow-up of the company to obtain the rights of the team according to the policy set by the senior management and the convergence of views always between the parties.

15- To keep the company's financial dues always from customers at the time.


 

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Science, pharmacy , Agriculture, Veterinary, or equivalent.Resident in CairoExperience from 5-7 yearsExperience in medical diagnostic field is preferredExcellent command of English Language.V. Good level of using MS. Office and computer.Good communication skillsGood sales skillsPresentable
