Job Description

Hands of Hope is a Physical Therapy & Wellness hub, currently running 9 active locations in New York and around the state, strive to reinvigorate Physical Therapy adapting the latest technology in treatment and healthcare industry giving the best quality of care assisting our patients in their recovery journey and help them get back to their normal life faster.

We are looking for an active junior Business Development Specialist to join the business development team, to work on international business opportunities and diverse market. The ideal candidate is one who is ready to roll their sleeves and adapt the to the fast-paced growth in our different lines of businesses, for the goal of sustaining growth, strengthening partnerships and client relationships, and increasing revenue across our ventures

Responsibilities: 

  • Source new sales opportunities through heavy inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold and warm calls.
  • Identify key decision-makers within the targeted leads and schedule sales meetings.
  • Identifying new business opportunities and potential customers within the segmented criteria.
  • Research, sourcing, lead generation and networking to maintain sales numbers.
  • Negotiating and closing business deals that promote sustained revenue.
  • Proposal writing and delivery of sales pitches and demos for prospective clients.
  • Manage accounts of closed contracts, from initiation to service delivery, and ensure exceptional customer service.
  • Effective reporting and update of sales pipeline, with proper categorization of sales leads.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers by providing support, information, and guidance.
  • Monitoring revenue streams and identifying opportunities to increase profitability.
  • Identifying and developing new lines of business based on consumer behavior.
  • Compile presentations, demos, proposals, and sales contracts and manage database.
  • Assess customer needs and suggest the appropriate products / services and achieve productivity in each deal.
  • Developing client relationships and strengthening industry partnerships.
  • Contributing to cross-selling and up-selling of new and existing accounts as assigned.
  • Performing competitor analysis, and market research toward obtaining an increased market share.
  • Performing surveys through calls or emails, to retrieve and record valuable feedback from customers, aiming to improve the customer experience, and for service development purposes.
  • Stakeholders’ management and coordination with internal departments to ensure the service is delivered as per the agreed upon SLA, and all customer requests are being fulfilled.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a relevant discipline.
  • Fluency in English is an absolute must.
  • 1 - 3 years of sales or business development experience in a B2B business / within the US market is preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, analytical and negotiation skills.
  • Detail oriented.
  • Ability to work from 3:00pm to 11:00pm in Maadi.
