Job Description
- Review and validate process design considering workflow, cycle time, and document control requirements.
- Support business processes, and procedures implementation using standard templates and automation tools.
- Analyze process performance and assess process capability, investigate the root cause analysis.
- Plan, prepare and execute quality audits checking compliance with QMS policies, processes, and instructions.
- Effectively follow up on corrective actions and manage business owners and stakeholders.
- Maintain QMS compliance with ISO standards, TS, and Operational excellence framework requirements.
- Promote process improvement initiatives using lean-six sigma and digital transformation approaches.
