Job Description

  • Collaborate with the Quality Dep. While evaluate our Vendors & Customers to improve and update our business partners data base for Service Providers / Suppliers / Service Providers to be part of our Approved Vendor List and Preferable Vendor List supported by the necessary approvals.
  • Follow up with the Quality Dept. to speed up the process cycle while release the received Goods through the GRAs for FG & Materials to be part of the Final Approved Stocked Items to be ready for Sales for the FG and ready for Production for the Materials.  
  • Monitoring & Control our Stock Levels for all stocked Goods / Items to avoid any Overstocking or Shortage according to the Sales Plan & Sales Forecasts.
  • Coordinate with the Finance to ensure the settlement of our company’ liabilities / dues according to the approved terms and commitments with the Vendors to maintain our company image with our business partners.
  • Maximizing our Profitability by considering the Cost effective while handling each commitment with our business partners.
  • Work with Purchasing and buyers to source the right products
  • Negotiate contracts with suppliers and customers.
  • Control manufacturing and delivery processes.
  • Plan and implement logistical strategy, ensuring targets are met and monitor logistics to make sure they run smoothly.
  • Oversee product storage, handling and distribution.
  • Work on forecasts and inventories, keeping an accurate record of the process and analyzing performance
  • Manage the costs involved while maintaining quality
  • Ensure you're aware of exactly what is happening throughout the supply chain
  • Manage, motivate, train and guide a team of supply chain staff 
  • Maintain Supply Chain inventory and records
  • Ensure supply chain processes are met.
  • Evaluate and report KPIs.
  • Work with finance, sales, and manufacturing team to determine best vendors and distributors
  • Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Customer Service teams 
  • Monitor materials movement’s through Purchasing , Storage Production and retails distributions’.

Job Requirements

  • 7-10 years’ experience within Supply Chain (Preferable with Pharmaceutical organization).
  • Excellent knowledge of supply chain processes.
  • Working experience of relevant software (e.g. SAP /Odoo)
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Attention to details.
  • Creative problem-solving.
  • Degree in Supply Chain Management or logistics is a MUST. 
  • Well Groomed and well Spoken.
  • Work under pressure.
  • S&OP Understanding and Knowledge.
