Job Description
Digital Marketing Operations:
· Support digital marketing initiatives through providing proper analysis as required in order to ensure the consistency of the business
deliverables.
· Provide reports and analyses of digital marketing activities (e.g. display campaigns) driven by the customer search behaviors in order
to communicate the digital marketing performance to the concerned stakeholders.
Digital Marketing Campaigns (Web/APP):
· Ensure SEO (search engine optimization) activities are up to the best industry standards through customer searching behavior and
cooperation with content team to bring company's websites to the top search results for selected keywords.
· Implement and Supervise SEM campaigns (search engine marketing) to ensure high quality traffic to the site and expenditures
optimization to position company's website properly.
· Cooperate with 3rd party (agencies) through executing, monitoring and optimizing retargeting campaigns to ensure customers revisit
e-commerce website.
· Execute, monitor and optimize email/SMS campaigns through collaborating with relevant stakeholders (e.g. Loyalty team, promotions
team, etc…) upon the business needs in order to attract company's customers.
· Collaborate with Media buying agencies to ensure cost efficiency for campaigns
Customer Searching Behaviors:
· Analyze customer searching behaviors through the cooperation with concern stakeholders (e.g. Content team and traffic team) in order
to provide the content required (efficient keywords) by online customers for bringing the best quality traffic from organic search to
website.
Employee’s duties are not limited only to the above-mentioned Accountabilities; he/she may perform other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
Education · Bachelor’s Degree
Experience · 1-3 Years of Experience (E-Commerce/Digital Marketing) · Knowledge of Digital Marketing Landscapes and Trends
