Job Description

This is a full-time Associate Human Resources Specialist role, The role involves managing and enhancing HR operations, including tracking employee attendance, employee relations, , and Personnel compliance. Your efforts will ensure that our HR practices are efficient, legally compliant, and aligned with our company goals.

 

  • Act as front-line for the HR department greeting and managing employees with HR affairs and inquiries.
  • Organize and maintain personnel records.
  • Prepare HR documents, like create and renew employment contracts and new hire guides.
  • Arrange and follow up recruitment process and register new employees in company records.
  • Revise company policies and ensure it’s aligned with labor Law
  • Handling social insurance processes and dealing with relevant social insurance office.
  • Create regular reports and presentations on HR metrics (e.g. turnover rates)
  • Answer employees' queries about HR-related issues
  • Assist the payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days, and work schedules)
  • Participate in HR projects.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or a related field
  • Human Resources (HR), HR Management, and Personnel Management skills.
  • 3 years of experience as a HR specialist or in a similar HR role.
  • Experience in implementing HR policies and managing employee benefits
  • Excellent  Knowledge of Egyptian Labor Law and related governmental regulations is a MUST
  • Excellent  Knowledge of Social insurance Law and regulations is a MUST
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office is a MUST
  • Relevant certification or degree in Human Resources or a related field is a plus. 
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration
  • 2-5 years of experience in HR
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ethical mindset, and cultural awareness
  • Customer oriented and service provision attitude.
  • Aptitude for problem-solving, conflict resolution and thorough knowledge of HR procedures and policies
  • Familiarity with HRIS and ability to learn new technical systems, when necessary
  • Detail oriented and meticulous
  • Knowledge of Egyptian Labor Law and related governmental regulations.
