Job Description
- Receives visitors, obtains name and nature of business, and schedules appointments to direct them properly for the concerned department
- Types memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents to ensure documentation of every file
- Performs clerical duties such as typing, proofreading, and sorting mail to ensure any related facility delivery
- Implements the facility management program including preventive maintenance life cycle requirement to ensure facility safety
- Conducts regular facility inspections to avoid any facilities issues
