Job Description
- Managing the partners' relationship, requests, Invoices, collections, weekly and monthly results meetings
- Managing the project on the ground, following up on field promoters' and supervisors' performance to achieve their areas' targets
- Training and developing the capabilities of the marketing field force
- Managing the projects reports and project administrative function service level
- Managing the projects' customer support service level
- Initiating and proposing program and application changes to maximize users engagement and target fulfillment
- Managing the project budget and expenditures and making sure it is moving according to the yearly targets
- Cross-selling our services to the clients' different business units
- Develop and maintain good relationships with small retailers of electronic products.
- Develop partnerships with e-business manufacturers and key players
- Project Business Development (Target Settings, Incentives structure, main KPIs identification for manpower and traders, Customer support performance, Insights Reporting, and Analysis, Expansion opportunities, Client’s Procurement requirements, Client’s Invoices, Marketing enablers, and Marketing strategy)
Job Requirements
- Ability to manage a large team of sales and marketing teams across many governorates.
- Deep knowledge of the e-business sector in Egypt.
- Willingness to travel across Egypt to develop partnerships with electronic-sector traders
- The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
- Excellent documentation skills.
- Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
- Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- A track record of following through on commitments.
- Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
- Experience leading and developing top-performing teams.
- A history of leading and supporting successful projects.
