Job Description
- Planning & Executing all digital marketing strategies including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
- Managing all social media platforms to boost brand awareness.
- Monitoring & Generating needed reports such as performance, campaign chart, ROI, and KPI.
- Develop and monitor campaign budgets.
- Conversion rate optimization.
- Competitive intelligence gathering and analysis.
- Identify industry-specific keywords and key phrases.
- Track keyword rankings and provide regular reports.
- Articulating marketing strategies based on ongoing events.
- Providing recommendations for future strategies initiatives through competitive & financial analysis for the market.
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
- Developing & Updating creative online & offline content on different social platforms & company projects (Web Development, sponsored Advertising campaigns, etc.…).
- Provide internal reports on a regular basis.
- Execute new and creative collaborations among technologies and platforms.
- Coordinate the creation of digital content (e.g. website, blogs, press releases and podcasts).
- Manage end-to-end digital projects.
- Establish our web presence to boost brand awareness.
- Maintain a strong online company voice through social media.
- Liaise with Marketing, Sales and Product development teams to ensure brand consistency.
- Suggest and implement direct marketing methods to increase profitability.

- Plan and direct marketing campaigns
- Manage an organization's website and maintain it, keeping best practices in mind
- Optimize content for the website and social media platforms
- Work with various content formats such as blogs, videos, audio podcasts, etc.

Job Requirements
- Proven working experience in digital marketing
- BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field
- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns
- Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
- Familiarity with web design and content management systems
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, WebTrends)
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
- In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics.
- Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities and data-driven thinking.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
- Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
- Fluency in English
- Solid experience in Facebook Ads
- Experience in Real Estate field is a MUST*
