Job Description

  • Planning & Executing all digital marketing strategies including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
  • Managing all social media platforms to boost brand awareness.
  • Monitoring & Generating needed reports such as performance, campaign chart, ROI, and KPI.
  • Develop and monitor campaign budgets.
  • Conversion rate optimization.
  • Competitive intelligence gathering and analysis.
  • Identify industry-specific keywords and key phrases.
  • Track keyword rankings and provide regular reports.
  • Articulating marketing strategies based on ongoing events.
  • Providing recommendations for future strategies initiatives through competitive & financial analysis for the market.
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
  • Developing & Updating creative online & offline content on different social platforms & company projects (Web Development, sponsored Advertising campaigns, etc.…).
  • Provide internal reports on a regular basis.
  • Execute new and creative collaborations among technologies and platforms.
  • Coordinate the creation of digital content (e.g. website, blogs, press releases and podcasts).
  • Manage end-to-end digital projects.
  • Establish our web presence to boost brand awareness.
  • Maintain a strong online company voice through social media.
  • Liaise with Marketing, Sales and Product development teams to ensure brand consistency.
  • Suggest and implement direct marketing methods to increase profitability.
  • Identify trends and insights
  • Allocate marketing investments
  • Plan and direct marketing campaigns
  • Manage an organization's website and maintain it, keeping best practices in mind
  • Optimize content for the website and social media platforms
  • Work with various content formats such as blogs, videos, audio podcasts, etc.
  • Track the website traffic flow
  • Implement and analyze performance metrics.

Job Requirements

  • Proven working experience in digital marketing
  • BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns
  • Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
  • Familiarity with web design and content management systems
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, WebTrends)
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
  • In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics.
  • Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities and data-driven thinking.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
  • Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
  • Fluency in English
  • Solid experience in Facebook Ads
  • Experience in Real Estate field is a MUST*
