Job Description
- Ensure effective and accurate administration of all day-to-day work activities in coordination with project management.
- Keep track of monthly activities progress based on the plans and ensure the reporting process is compatible with project’s requirements
- Manage monthly expenses and review documentation of purchase processes and other budget spending activities.
- Ensure office supplies are maintained and Manage inventory of office equipment to ensure smooth office operations
- Provide monthly and quarterly administrative progress reports requested by project management.
- Create and maintain an organized office archive system digitally and physically to ensure correct storage of important document for future use (Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Participate in creating and implementing office maintenance plan to ensure smooth office operations
- Support project and operation managers in conducting meeting arrangements and events coordination
- Manage office housekeeping by making procedures and follow up implementation to ensure clean, health, and safe workspace.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in related field (preferable business administration)
- (1-2) years of proven experience working in an office environment.
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
