Job Description
- Determining the resources (time, money, equipment, etc) required to complete the project.
- Defining the project scope.
- Evaluating teams capabilities.
- Setting realistic deadlines and estimating the duration of projects.
- Develop schedules for projects completion that effectively allocates the resources to the activities.
- Responsible for keeping a project within its budget.
- Minimizing any client dissatisfaction or uncertainty.
- Forecasting and avoiding risks and threats.
- Preparing total profit/loss analysis before taking any projects.
- Preparing total profit/loss analysis for Ingoing projects.
- Tracking project performance.
- Responsible for all aspects of vehicle and heavy equipment rentals.

- Reviewing the project schedule with senior management.
