Role Description:

• Recruit new specialized linguists to create and expand multilingual resource databases to accommodate clients’ needs.
• Receive and handle requests from Project Management, and Business Development team to recruit or place new linguists into ongoing projects.
• Active ongoing management of the linguist's database and Keeping records up to date in the company database system.
• Assist PM Team on specific vendor requirements based on project Pipelines.
• Answer the Linguist's payment and invoicing inquiries.
• Negotiate Buying rates with linguists and proceed with vendors' NDAs & applications.
• Evaluate project scope and make linguist recommendations accordingly.
• Monitor language trends and fill any gaps in resources.
• Provide the PM Team with any information needed regarding the resources (contact details, Blind CVs, feedback on their Quality and experience)
