Job Description
- Carrying out the required deposits, cashing or depositing checks, and going daily to banks to perform the required operations.
- Carrying out collections from customers (when needed), whether checks or cash collections.
- Submitting the required periodic reports to the direct manager.
- Make sure the treasury balance matches the accounting cycle in a daily basis.
- Strictly apply treasury policies such as (disbursement and receipt policies).
- Implementing all main or subsidiary treasury work (if needed) in coordination with the Accounts Manager.
- Monitoring all transactions in the accounting system and books.
- Managing the company's government documents in front of all governmental and non-governmental parties according to the company's policy.
Job Requirements
- Academic qualification: bachelor’s degree in a relevant filed.
- Work experience: at least 1 year of experience as a cashier in a company is a must.
- Personal skills: Time management skills (excellent) - Organizational skills (good) - Problem solving skills (very good) - dealing with large cash flow (excellent).
