Job Description

  • Resolves customer complaints via phone or face to face.
  • Seizes opportunities to upsell products when they arise
  • Greets customers warmly and ascertains any problem they may have.
  • Advises on any information the customer may need.
  • Works with the customer service manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered.
  • Resolves problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
  • Coordinates with other departments to Solve Customers' Complaints.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in any related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience preferably in the real-estate field.
  • Excellent communication skills.
