Job Description
Job Duties:
- Manage the Affiliates Network team.
- Ensuring campaigns are kept within the range of announced ROI.
- Work on growing the publishers database.
- Nurturing existing affiliates to deliver incremental revenue month on month, and negotiating bespoke commercial deals where necessary to attract additional revenue
- Monitoring and participating in main Affiliate marketing forums and events to strengthen existing affiliate relationships – locally and abroad as required
- Developing unique content for monthly affiliate newsletters including affiliate industry updates
- Analyze campaign activity to ensure affiliates deliver the best ROI
- Manage the team budget, including commission and budget spend
- Managing new projects that support conversion and retention of new & existing affiliates that are on boarded
- Maintaining full awareness and understanding of appropriate legislation and best practice for affiliate marketing initiatives
Job Requirements
- 4+ Years of experience working with affiliates and leading a team
- Strong experience and understanding of affiliate marketing and acquisition channels in MENA market
- Strong negotiation, networking and business development skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to work under pressure, in a goal-oriented environment and bring results
- High motivation and dedication, eager and proactive
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
