What will you be doing?
- implement comprehensive preventive maintenance programs to proactively address potential equipment failures.
- Conduct regular equipment inspections and identify maintenance needs.
- Utilize predictive maintenance techniques to anticipate equipment failures and schedule timely repairs.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose complex electromechanical issues, providing timely solutions.
- Oversee the repair and replacement of faulty components.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement innovative solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production processes.
- Manage and execute small-scale engineering projects, including equipment upgrades and installations.
- Guarantee the implementation of preventive maintenance plan
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date maintenance records and documentation.
- Generate regular reports on equipment performance, maintenance costs, and key performance indicators.
Job Requirements
What are we looking for?
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 3:5 years of experience in maintenance roles within an FMCG manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of electromechanical systems, including hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical controls.
- In depth knowledge in Electrical Maintenance Power, & and control
- Proven experience in preventive and predictive maintenance techniques.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
