Job Description
- Architecting and designing County of San Diego Integrated Property Taxation system with point in time database, Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) and cloud hosting on Azure
- Minimized testing time with test automation for integration and end to end testing
- Topped software delivery cycle to 5 deployments per sprint through automated CI/CD through optimized devops process
- Maximized performance of onshore and offshore teams’ through leadership and management in different time zones with optimized alignment and minimized blockage/dependency
- Optimized delivery and streamlined client changes through agile process
- Increased team members efficiency, maturity and throughput
- Minimized rework through increased client engagement in different Agile Processes and tools
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree of Computer Science, Engineering or relevant field.
- 12+ years of experience
- Year of Experience 3 years in same position.
- Previously worked in Software companies (must).
- Related Certificate and master degree (preferable).
- Budget management, Communication skills, Risk management, strategic, team management, Time Management, Critical Thinking, Decision making and Refined system debugging skills
- MS Office MS Visio and MS Project
- Good Experience in C/C++
- Coding (Using and Implementing Data Structures and Algorithms)
- Design and analysis of algorithms
- Experience in using ORACLE Developer and Designer
- Experience in using MS SQL Server
- Concepts of computer graphics (OpenGL & C++)
