Job Description
- Pricing company current and new project according to the market price.
- Compute sales persons, commissions.
- Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
- Writing business proposals for payment terms and other issues.
- Reporting on successes and areas needing improvements.
- Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business.
- Present an image that mirrors that of the client.
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
- Partner with sales teams to create contract – winning proposals of current and prospective clients.
- Develop relationships with prospective clients, while maintaining existing client’s relationship.
- Identify potential clients in the target market and complete appropriate research on the prospective client’s business and equipment needs.
- Calculating recording Brokers’ commissions and all accruals when appropriate.
- Managing all clients balance and reviewing sales invoices for approval.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance is required.
- 10 years of professional accounting experience =with relevant real estate experience.
- Collaboration within a real estate environment is required.
- ERP User is a must
- Attention to detail
- Problem-solving skill
