Job Description
- Handling Customers Complains, and send them to the concerned parties
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Communicating with customers through various channels. (Calls & social media)
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
- Knowing our products so that they can answer customer’s questions.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
Job Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor Degree
Work Experience:
- 0-2 Years of Experience (Fresh Grads are welcome to apply)
- Microfinance Background is preferable
Language proficiency:
- Intermediate in both spoken & written English & Arabic language is required
Job Shifts:
- 1st Shift : From 9:00 am to 5:00 pm (Males & Females Can apply)
- 2nd Shift From 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm ( Males only)
