Job Description

  • Handling Customers Complains, and send them to the concerned parties
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Communicating with customers through various channels. (Calls & social media)
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
  • Knowing our products so that they can answer customer’s questions.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies

Job Requirements

Education:

  • Bachelor Degree

Work Experience:

  • 0-2 Years of Experience (Fresh Grads are welcome to apply)
  • Microfinance Background is preferable

Language proficiency:

  • Intermediate in both spoken & written English & Arabic language is required

Job Shifts:

  • 1st Shift : From 9:00 am to 5:00 pm (Males & Females Can apply)
  • 2nd Shift From 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm ( Males only)
