Job Description
- Ensure accuracy and timelines of all financial records, ensuring all income and liabilities are accurately recorded, reconciled and reviewed.
- Delivery of the month close process, analyzing transactions and preparing required journals.
- Perform month end closing activities such as account reconciliation, revenue recognition, expenses recording..
- Perform internal audit to ensure adhering to relevant policies and processes
- Support financial director in all the ad hoc projects and necessary reports to support the finance function.
- Ensure accuracy of the trial balance to reflect the company current financial position and prepare monthly balance sheet analysis.
- Submit inventory report by Date of production and losses due to ageing
- Submit daily treasury reports ( Bank – cash – pdc )
- Assure to strictly and on time submitting the payroll accurate & all the variables income to the staff
- Keeping all the stockholders business or private financial reports or information at strict confidentiality.
- Liaise with the tax authorized office all the requirements to allow them issue the company financial reports on time.
- Comply with all the governmental requirements and processes to operate the internal financial documentations.
- Coaching, engaging and steer the department and the staff and improve their experience
- Cooperate and work close submitting any reports might requested by the audit dept and work on sort it out with them
Job Requirements
Academic and professional qualifications:
- Bachelor degree from the faculty of Commerce.
- Proven experience as Senior Accountant or similar role
Experience:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in similar role.
- Retail Background
Skills:
- Advanced skills in MS Office
- Familiarity with ERP System, Odoo ERP is a plus.
- Detailed oriented
