Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to join our team as a CEO Personal Assistant. As the CEO's right-hand person, you will play a crucial role in supporting our CEO in managing their daily activities, ensuring their schedule is optimized, and facilitating efficient communication.

Responsibilities:

- Manage the CEO's calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings, both internally and externally.
- Prioritize and handle incoming emails, correspondence, and phone calls, ensuring timely responses and appropriate follow-up.
- Prepare and organize meeting materials, agendas, and presentations for internal and external meetings.
- Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports or documents as requested by the CEO.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation, while considering time and cost efficiency.
- Act as a gatekeeper, screening and redirecting inquiries and requests, and handling confidential information with the utmost discretion.
- Assist in the preparation and coordination of events, conferences, and special projects.
- Support the CEO in personal tasks and errands, ensuring they have the necessary support to focus on strategic responsibilities.

 

 

Job Requirements

- 10 years of experience as an executive or personal assistant, preferably supporting C-level executives.

- MBA holder is a must
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with attention to detail and a professional demeanor.
- Proficient in using productivity tools and software, such as Microsoft Office Suite, calendar management systems, and communication platforms.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, resourcefulness, and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- High degree of integrity, professionalism, and accountability.
