Job Description
- Study the project documents including drawings, specifications, BOQ (Bill of Quantity), RFI (Request for information), correspondence…etc. to take into consideration all the project details during execution.
- Study the project contract documents (time schedule, project design drawings, BOQ, etc.).
- Prepare and adjust shop drawings.
- Conduct an estimated quantity survey to determine the quantity of material that needs to be purchased or procured.
- Conduct the quantity surveying process to prepare required invoices.
- Prepare the subcontractors’ and clients’ invoices based on the progress report sent by the site engineer.
- Prepare and follow up the Variation Orders and prepare Notice to Claim in cooperation with the Contracts team.
- Participate in solving/reporting any unexpected technical difficulties, and other problems that may arise during construction to the Technical Office Manager for discussion and proper solution.
- Prepare as-built drawings at the end of the project and hand over to the project consultant
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering - Civil Department
- 2-4 years of experience in shop drawing - designing - quantity surveys.
