Job Description
- Participates in every aspect of the solution implementation from analyzing the customer’s business requirements to configuring the Microsoft Dynamics application to meet the customer’s needs.
- Collaborates with stakeholders throughout the organization to ensure a comprehensive set of requirements, aligned to business objectives, gaining a full understanding of current business processes.
- Responsible for configuring and customizing the Microsoft Dynamics application to achieve the customer’s business requirements.
- Complete all Microsoft Dynamics CRM eLearning on the current versions and future versions when they become available.
- Guide the junior developers technically to grow their productivity and skills.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM experience.
- Strong knowledge of CRM business processes.
- Good knowledge of business analysis and requirements documentation.
- Good knowledge of SharePoint.
- Familiar with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps-Power Automate-Power Agent).
