Job Description
The Human Resource Manager handles and provides support for various HR employee programs within the organization.
Recruitment, Selection & Retention:
- Design job descriptions.
- Advertise job openings internally and through recruitment channels.
- Gather and screen resumes for short listing.
- Apply resumes data on specialized human resources system for recruitment.
- Schedule and organize interviews.
- Design interview evaluation forms.
- Conduct competency based interviews.
- Perform orientation sessions and contract signing for new hires.
- Prepare, develop and implement procedures and policies on staff recruitment.
- Conduct exit interviews.

- Job specifications analysis.
- Design position objective.
- Design performance evaluation system.

Personnel & Employee Engagement:
- Ensure all employment documents are complete and in compliance with labor law.
- Design internal leave policy for employees in compliance with labor law.
- Leaves calculation and administration.
- Maintain human resources information system records and compiling reports.
- Prepare and maintain employee database records.
- Work with departments to assist and communicate policies and procedures.
Job Requirements
Knowledge, Skills & Experience (Essential):
- Bachelor degree in business administration or related field.
- HR diploma is a plus
- Proficiency in English language, written and spoken.
- Proficiency in business correspondence.
