Job Description
- Customer service specialists process complaints and issues related to products or services.
- Respond promptly to customers inquiries
- Acknowledging and resolving customers complaints
- Keep records of customer's interactions, comments and complaints
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
- Manage all the after-sales service with the clients.
- Prepare all the reports and documentation regarding the clients.
- BS Degree is must Working conditions:
- Full time job.
- Working hours from 10 am to 7 pm. * 2 Day off (Friday&Saturday).

Job Requirements
- Experience in Real Estate companies is a must
- Experience in the same field at least 3 -7 years.
- Excellent proficiency in English Highly Presentable Flexible team-player and supportive to them at all times.
- The ideal person will be a natural multi-task, work well under deadlines Fast Learner and very good communication skills Computer skills
