Job Description
- Advising clients on Litigation, Insurance, Employment, Debt Collection and Claims
- recovery related matters
- dealing with national and multinational corporations in connection with corporate-related
- matters, civil and commercial inquiries and disputes resolution.
- Handling external communications, visits and procedures with governmental entities
- Preparing writs of claims and memorandums of defense both in Arabic and English for
- litigation and arbitration.
- Handling legal proceedings in dispute resolution processes.
- Follow up on clients’ debts collection
- Drafting, reviewing, amending and negotiating complex contracts and agreements
- Doing legal research and prepare legal studies and analyses.
- Ensuring compliance to applicable laws and regulations in the concerned jurisdiction.
- Preparing legal opinion and providing legal advice.
- Conducting due diligence for corporates
- Follow up on the changes in legislation and regulation related directly or indirectly to the
- company activity
- Drafting Minutes of the BOD and GAM
