Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Business Development B2B professional to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to identify, develop and close business opportunities with existing and potential customers. This involves researching target markets, identifying potential customers, and building relationships with key decision-makers. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and possess an in-depth knowledge of the industry.
- Research target customer segments to identify new business opportunities
- Develop and execute strategies for acquiring new clients
- Maintain relationships with existing customers and identify upsell opportunities
- Develop proposals and presentations for potential customers
- Monitor customer feedback and provide customer service as needed
- Track industry trends and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities
- Negotiate contracts with customers on terms of pricing, payment terms, etc.
Job Requirements
- Proven work experience and track record in B2B sales.
- Proven track record of success in customer acquisition
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
- Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices along with the ability to build productive business professional relationships.
- Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs.
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
- Ability to work independently as well
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
