Job Description
- Handle/ Reroute daily technical support requests from end users, and implement any needed troubleshooting, ensuring the applications operating effectively.
- Provide technical training to new hires, about the applications interface usage according to the end-user job needs; so, having an experience as a trainer is a plus.
- Develop/coordinate any enhancement needed in the applications with internal or external stakeholders.
- Transform business needs to technical requirements for the sake of enhancements in the applications.
Job Requirements
- Develop mobile applications (IOS & Android) - 1-3 years of experience is a must
- Backend Development knowledge using .Net Technology - 1-3 years of experience is a plus
- Microsoft Office Suite Experience (Excel- Word – PowerPoint)
- SharePoint experience is a plus
- Microsoft CRM development experience is a plus
- Good command of English level
