Job Description

  • Answering incoming calls in a timely matter and performing cold calls
  • Learn and follow instructions, use standard operating procedures and call scripts, FAQs as provided by management
  • Being on time and available for given shifts
  • Participation on all required training
  • Substitution of other agents if needed
  • Giving immediate feedback in case of any difficulties or issues with the used program
  • Rotational shifts for males and females
  • Last shift starts 10:00pm
  • Transportation Provided

Job Requirements

  • Max age 30
  • Needs fluent English speakers
  • Grads and Egyptians only
