Job Description
- Provide leadership to the Board's Finance and Accounting strategy to optimize financial performance and strategic position.
- Assist in formulating future direction and supporting tactical initiatives
- Manage the company financial planning.
- Perform risk management by analyzing the company’s liabilities and investments.
- Develop financial and tax strategies.
- Control and evaluate the company fundraising plans and capital structure.
- Ensure that the financial systems are robust, compliant and support current activities and future growth.
- Form a close working relationship with departments’ Directors, other Senior Executives and Non Executives.
- Oversee the company's transaction processing systems
- Ensure cash flow is appropriate for the company’s operations.
Job Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree – Bachelor of Finance, Business Administration, accounting or equivalent experience
- Master’s degree preferred.
- Certified Public Accountant certification is a plus.
Experience:
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in the same field -including minimum 3 years as a CFO.
- Real Estate Experience is a must
