Job Description
- responsible for leading the design team and ensuring that the design process is executed effectively and efficiently.
- developing and presenting design concepts to clients, stakeholders, and project teams. They must be able to translate client needs into functional and aesthetically pleasing designs.
- oversee the entire design process, from initial concept to final construction documentation.
- work closely with other departments, such as construction, engineering, and project management, to ensure that designs are feasible, cost-effective, and can be executed within the project timeline.
- responsible for leading and mentoring junior designers and architects, providing guidance and feedback on their work, and ensuring that they are meeting project requirements and deadlines.
- Prepare and present conceptual designs and development drawings.
- Participate in material selection for different construction projects.
- Preparing and developing drawings, models, images and other documents relating to the design.
- Producing architectural designs and/or work with other designers to develop designs using relevant architectural software including Revit, Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite (Grasshopper, MicroStation and / or Autocad are a bonus).
- Project and team administration duties.
- Visualization and rendering skills.
- Producing project related correspondence and reports.
- Working directly with architectural colleagues and other professionals.
- Co-ordinating work with other disciplines.
Job Requirements
- BSC in architecture.
- 10+ years of experience.
- Talented in related visualization and sotware programs; Sketch up, 3D Max, Photoshop, Revit,…
- Having a very good communication and leadership skills.
- Experience for projects in GULF area is an advantage.
