Job Description
- Generate leads for the business (across project types) and support in conversion by making proposals and presentations.
- Proactively follow up with clients on proposals.
- Coordinate with internal business lines to generate leads keeping in mind business strategy.
- Analysis of key data, competition and market trends, etc. with a view towards formulating creative ideas/ strategies/ initiatives for business growth.
- Manage and approve proposals, reports, and presentations for clients and partners.
- Manage and monitor the proper flow of information to potential clients pertaining to services offered.
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
- Develop entry-level staff into valuable salespeople.
Job Requirements
Booking Real-estate Company located in Trivium Business building in 5th settlement is hiring Business Development Manager with the below requirements:
- Minimum 8 Years’ experience.
- Experience must be in Real Estate Companies.
- Experience in community development, public service with a focus on real estate development and operations preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Proven success in developing and executing development strategies.
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
