is hiring a recruitment specialist in fifth settlement
Responsibilities :
- Supports in Coordinating the hiring process end-to-end.
- Sourcing and reaching out to qualified candidates for current open roles.
- Screen resumes and job applications.
- Conduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates.
- Interview candidates in-person for a wide range of roles (junior, senior and executive – and blue collars as well ).
- Maintain a database updated with current and future potential candidates for job openings.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Job Requirements
Requirements :
- Minimum 2 years experience in mass hiring is a must.
- Fluent English speaker.
