Job Summary:
We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to lead our creative
projects from concept to completion. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing
visual solutions that inspire, inform, and captivate our audience.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute creative concepts for a variety of projects, including print and
digital media. - Oversee the design and production of marketing materials, advertisements, brochures,
magazines, and web graphics. - Lead and mentor junior designers, providing guidance and feedback to ensure high-
quality output. - Collaborate with marketing, branding, and content teams to create cohesive visual
campaigns. - Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent look and feel.
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new techniques and technologies into
design processes. - Review and approve designs, artwork, photography, and graphics developed by junior
team members. - Communicate with clients to understand their needs and deliver design solutions that
meet their expectations. - Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high
standards.
Job Requirements
Qualifications/Skills:
Proven experience as a Senior Graphic Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio
showcasing a variety of design projects.
Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop,
Illustrator, InDesign).
Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Exceptional creativity and innovation, with a keen eye for detail.
Effective communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work collaboratively and take constructive feedback.
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
Knowledge of web design and HTML/CSS is a plus.
Design Experience: 5-10 years of professional experience in graphic design, with a
proven track record of producing high-quality, impactful designs.
Leadership Experience:
- Experience in leading and mentoring a team of junior
designers, managing multiple projects, and providing creative direction. - Project Management: Experience in managing design projects from concept to
completion, including collaborating with cross-functional teams and meeting tight
deadlines. - Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects, including print
and digital media, that demonstrates creative thinking, technical proficiency, and
attention to detail.
Technical Skills: - Proficiency with Design Software: Mastery of tools like Adobe Creative Suite
(Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is essential. - Typography: Understanding of typefaces, fonts, and how to effectively use them in
design. - Layout Design: Ability to create visually appealing and balanced layouts.
- Color Theory: Knowledge of color combinations and their impact on design.
- Web Design: Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and web design principles is a plus.
- Print Design: Understanding of print processes, including color separation, resolution,
and print specifications.
Creative Skills: - Concept Development: Ability to brainstorm and develop original design concepts.
