Job Description

Location:
Remote – Must be available during U.S. time zones (4:00 PM – 1:00 AM, flexibility required)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to join our team The ideal candidate will have a native-like English accent, strong customer service experience, and a background in upselling within high-volume call environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls 
  • Provide knowledgeable assistance to customers 
  • Effectively upsell relevant products and services based on customer needs
  • Ensure excellent customer service and build long-term customer relationships
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups in CRM systems

Note:
This role does not require cold calling.

Job Requirements

  • Fluent English speaker with a native-like accent
  • Proven experience in customer service and upselling
  • Comfortable handling high call volumes
  • Ability to work overnight U.S. hours (4 PM – 1 AM, with schedule flexibility)
  • Professional, empathetic, and confident phone demeanor
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
