Job Description

General purpose of the position:

  • The person in this position is responsible for running of the day-to-day activities of the show room; through meeting customer needs, indulging them with a warm greet, keep their records of customer information and preference, and negotiating and finalizing sales deals to achieve desired targets. Also, Monitor closely market trends within the field, market share and competitors activities.

Responsibilities / Accountabilities:

  • Achieve individual target as set to achieve personal and company profitability.
  • Handle the products demonstration as trained and according to processes; to ensure accurate, valuable and knowledgeable product awareness delivery to customers.
  • Prepare proposals (indoors and outdoors) based on customer requirements, technical standards, and site inspections (for outdoor sales). Also, negotiate sales contracts, finalize sales agreements, and follow up timely product deliver to customer and timely payment of receivables. To maintain a successful sales transaction.
  • Continuous updated information and knowledge reviving and revision (even script telling) within the field to answer all customer queries related to the product specifications and quality (value for money).
  • Calculate price discounts, prepare invoices, register sales transactions, deliver cash to cashier on daily basis, file all cash receipts along with product sales invoice copies, to maintain accurate accounts finalization for each sales transactions and accurate calculations for auditing.
  • Arrange the products display (arrangement, tagging, stamping and marking prices) and as agreed with the store manager, also keep-sustain the cleanliness and neatness of the showroom. To facilitate a good visiting experience to the customers.
  • Representing the company and the brands at trade shows and exhibitions, and events
