Job Description

Looking for a dynamic, experienced, and hands-on Marketing Director to lead our team and develop an integrated marketing strategy across our business.

This is the perfect role for anyone hungry to learn and grow. There is no bureaucratic paperwork or very long protocols to follow. You'll wear multiple hats, and have a lot of freedom and creative control hoping to impress thousands of people.

We are still a small team and you have a crucial role in helping to integrate marketing across the entire business and take us to the next level

Responsibilities

  • As the Marketing Manager, you will be involved in creating and managing effective funnels, designing email flows, and developing content strategies for social channels.
  • Create and manage paid media campaigns on paid social media and PPC to increase revenue from our courses and products.
  • Improve our marketing analysis capabilities, to make marketing data clear and understandable to inform all decision-making processes.
  • Grow on YouTube (and other social media) by optimizing our content engine.
  • Develop and present ideas for new products that can serve our audience (eg: courses, digital products, etc.)

Job Requirements

  • Have at least 3 years of experience building and developing a team of 3+ people.
  • Have at least 3 years of experience in digital marketing, content marketing or growth roles with demonstrated experience in driving business growth (either in a startup or public figure).
  • Experience managing paid campaigns on paid social and pay-per-click networks, understanding CRM and organic social media.
  • Self-motivated, proactive and responsive attitude towards your role, always bringing ideas to the table and looking to make a difference and have an impact on the product and company.
  • An ability to effectively use analytics to track and analyze data across different platforms.
  • An understanding of and interest in the creator economy, and knowledge of the levers to gain growth on YouTube and other platforms.
  • A self-motivated, proactive, and responsive attitude to your role, always bringing ideas to the table and looking to make a difference and have an impact on the product and the company.
  • You are able to work effectively in a team environment. We want people who collaborate rather than be competitors.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, and wear many hats, especially when the team is young and growing.
