Responsibilities:
- Lead the electrical appliances department efficiently to ensure optimal performance.
Increase the sales rate.
- Prepare and analyze performance reports and present them to senior management with practical recommendations for improvement.
- Motivate and develop the skills of the team to achieve the highest levels of productivity and service.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements:

- 5 to 7 years of experience in managing electrical appliance departments.
- Strong leadership and management skills with a proven ability to motivate the team and achieve goals.
- Ability to make quick and effective decisions in a dynamic work environment.
- Deep and comprehensive knowledge of all types of electrical appliances and related products.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to resolve issues efficiently.
- Proficiency in computer and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Preferably from Banha and its vicinity.
