Job Description
- Direct, optimize and coordinate full order cycle
- Arrange warehouse, catalog goods, plan routes and process shipments
- Resolve any arising problems or complaints
- Keep up-to-date on shipping carriers, routes and rates and any changes to them.
- Follow up all import cycle related to our products
- Follow up shipping process & cycle.
- Responsible for all supply chain duties
- Must demonstrate strong attention to detail in order to oversee daily operations and logistics.
- Research ideal shipping techniques, routing, and carriers.
- Ensure all operations adhere to laws, guidelines, and ISO requirements.
- Tracking and fixing shipping errors
- Coordinating transportation providers to ensure prompt and proper movement of shipments
- Managing distribution and shipment budgets
- Establish, maintains & develop required vendors’ relations.
- Preparing bills and invoices.
- Check requisitions for accuracy, completeness and compliance.
- Obtain best prices, delivery terms & payment terms for the required products.
- Create, review and get approvals of purchase orders to vendors.
- Maintain purchase orders records.
- Orders’ tracking to ensure accurate & on time delivery.
- Monitor & coordinate logistic processes to ensure proper shipments delivery.
- Collaborate with accounting department to ensure timely financial obligations.
- Minimize risk by ensuring alternative sources of supply.
- Developing supplier alliances and implementing process improvements.
- Receive and review shipping docs from the service providers.
Job Requirements
- Excellent command of English reading and writing & spoken.
- Bachelor degree (Preferably hold a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering)
- 3-5 years Experience in the field of logistics and supply chain.
- Very good command of Microsoft
- Ability to work under pressure and tight situations.
