Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Technical Lead (.NET) at FlairsTech's Qesm El Maadi location. The Technical Lead will be responsible for leading a team of developers and overseeing software development projects. The Technical Lead will collaborate with cross-functional teams, prepare technical designs, conduct code reviews, resolve technical issues, and mentor junior developers. Some work from home is acceptable.

Technical Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, or a related field
- Years of experience required +8 years.
- Software Development and Programming skills
- Experience in developing software using .NET framework
- Databases knowledge and experience, especially with SQL Server
- Experience in leading technical teams and mentoring junior developers
- Experience in agile software development methodologies
- Experience and knowledge with developing web applications.
- Experience with source control management systems and continuous integration/deployment environments.
