THE CORE PROGRAM

The CORE Program is designed to attract talented Saudi technicians, providing them with hands-on work experience to meet labour market demands.

This six-month Internship Program offers experiential learning and firsthand experience working with esteemed leaders. Interns will benefit from mentorship and training, gaining valuable insights into the operations of SAMACO MOTORS. The program aims to enhance participants' knowledge of the automotive industry while also developing their interpersonal and technical skills, thereby laying a strong foundation for their future careers.

Throughout the training period, interns will be engaged in real-world projects and business challenges. They will have the opportunity to lead initiatives, tackle business milestones, and observe leadership and team development practices. This experience will help them build skills and relationships that extend beyond their time at SAMACO MOTORS.
